Our menu

This treasury of taste and gastronomic exploration needs wise and expert management. The understanding that has grown up between Mario, Roberto, Barbara and Roberta (aided by Gianmaria and a few other hand-picked and dedicated helpers) has allowed them to develop menus which really present each season's  produce at its very best, aimed at making each chosen dish as fresh and genuine as possible. May is the month for asparagus, October and November bring the newly-pressed olive oil, summer gives chefs free rein to create dishes such as fresh-water prawns in balsamic vinegar with melon, or tartar of whitefish and passion fruit, bigoli with courgette flowers and smoked trout, and even lake sardines to be followed by a palate-freshening lemon sorbet.

The deserts also owe their excellence to the creativity of our staff: crème-brûlée, semifreddo with sour cherries and meringue, and short-crust biscuits with a variety of fillings. Perfect to try with desert and passiti wines.
